Returns will no longer be accepted at our Sydney location.
All returns/exchanges will be processed as a return and a credit will be applied to the original tender. If you would like an exchange, please return your order to the return address provided on the packing slip and create a new order.

Our goal is to make you happy. We will treat you fairly and reasonably and expect the same from you. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased, record of sale is required (packing slip or copy of email order confirmation, including order number).
We do not accept worn garments for refund or return due to the personal nature of our products. We may exchange one worn garment for a different style/size to get you in the best fitting product. This is determined on an individual basis. We will ask for size and height information and will send our recommended style/size. *One free replacement garment per customer only. Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number in the subject line.
Gift cards, Grab Bag, Clearance Items (items ending in price $.49), Free Gifts, worn/used garments, not in original condition (tags are off, is worn, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) cannot be exchanged/refunded. Garments over 4 months old cannot be returned or refunded.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be automatically processed. You will receive a notification of refund, or shipping notification for exchanges. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This may take 2-3 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
In an effort to minimize waste, your package may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.

Do I need a receipt?
A receipt of purchase is the fastest way to process a return or exchange. We do need proof of purchase from www.undersummers.com for refunds/exchanges at undersummers.com
What do you take back?
We take back unworn garments only. Because of the personal nature of our garments, we do not accept worn garments.
My garment is flawed, what do I do?
We will do our best to take care of you. In the unfortunate event of receiving a flawed garment, please email a picture of the flaw to customer service at email@example.com so they can issue a replacement. Typically flaws are seen within 1-2 wears or 30 days of purchase and replacements are issued on a case by case basis. Well worn or loved garments are not necessarily considered flawed.
Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
We will do our best to take care of you and deal with you fairly, we ask that our customer treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. There are no time limits on returns or exchanges on unworn garments.
Are there restocking fees?
For wholesale orders only.
Our Sizing is different: We recommend ordering based on your measurements. Order the smaller size if in-between sizes.

Shortlettes are generously sized to hug but not squeeze your curves. They are not compression and do not feel like nylons/hosiery, shapewear, bike shorts, or compression pants. Shortlettes are simply comfortable. They are not made to be tight, feel constricting, shape, pinch, or bind. The longer lengths allows for maximum chafe protection and comfort.
Correct Fit Guidelines:

Which is the best fit?
Under 5'4" - High Thigh, Athletic, or Classic Styles
Plus Size - Fusion, Classic, or Original Lace

* Order the size in-between your waist and hip measurement. I.e. Waist 3X + Hip XL = Order 2X

My Shortlettes fall down, why?
Are Shortlettes shape wear? Are they compression shorts?
How are Shortlettes different than other slip shorts or bike shorts?
- No, I like to say we are an anti-shape wear company. Our Shortlettes have ample stretch to grow but not squeeze. They are made to feel good and let your clothes hang nicely on your body.
How long do Undersummers products last?
- Undersummers Shortlette Slip Shorts are very different. Shortlettes have a seam free inner thigh and stay put leg. Shortlettes are a single layer long legged panty, no need for additional undergarments. Shortlettes are lightweight, breathable, and moisture wicking for the best hot weather experience.
Can you let your Shortlettes Show?
- With proper care, machine wash cold, line dry, no bleach, they should last a very long time.
- I wouldn't have made them so pretty if they weren't made to be seen! Go ahead, let them show and peak out from under your skirt. They are sexy after all!
